By processing your order and payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING COSTS:
Free standard shipping when you spend over $100 AUD
Orders under $100 AUD are a flat rate charge of:
Standard - $10.00 AUD
Express - $15.00 AUD
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Express Post: 1-3 business days
Standard Post: 2-6 business days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
If you haven't received a tracking email from us, please contact customerservice@gypseafreedomswim.com and we will be able to follow this up for you.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe place, if for some reason it seems unsafe they will leave a card and take your parcel to your local Australia Post office or attempt a redelivery.

Countries that fall into this category are unable to receive an estimated shipping time, however upon receiving your tracking information you will be given an ETA of your parcels arrival.
CUSTOMS TAXES:
Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. Gypsea Freedom Swim is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. Gypsea Freedom Swim does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Gypsea Freedom Swim cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Additional Information
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Gypsea Freedom Swim is not responsible for any addition fees charged from International Customs or Post Office Bills.
