WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Gypsea Freedom offers returns on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Providing that:
- The item is returned unworn and in original condition and returned in original packaging (Gypsea Freedom bikini bag)
- Hygiene liner is in place and not tampered with, please try all swimwear on with underwear.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Gypsea Freedom reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged (this includes perfumes, scents and excessive hair) or do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense.
SALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND UNABLE TO BE RETURNED.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Gypsea Freedom are not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.
 
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.
 
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
 
Gypsea Freedom does not offer exchanges due to low stock levels. If you wish to exchange a size or style, you are welcome to repurchase with your refund.
 
IF I MAKE A PURCHASE USING A DISCOUNT CODE, IS THIS CONSIDERED  A SALE ITEM AND INELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN? 

If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return!
 
MY ITEM IS FAULTY/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at customerservice@gypseafreedom.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
